Odisha Education Service Grade-II (School Branch) OES Examination is conducted by OPSC, Odisha. The OES Exam Syllabus and OES Exam Pattern for 2015 is mentioned below in details. The exam has TWO stages, Written Exam and Viva Voce. The written exam consists of Three papers that is General English, General Knowledge and Education. The time duration of each paper is 2 hour. Exam is of subjective and objective type. The candidates who secure minimum cut off mark (Set by commission) will be called for Viva Voce Test. OES Exam Pattern :
Odisha Education Service (OES) exam is consists of TWO stage that is Written Test and Viva Voce Test. The written test consists of THREE papers, English is 100, General Knowledge 100 Mark & Education 150 Marks.
A) Main Written Examination

Main written exam consists of three papers, English, GK and Education
Paper-I : General English Syllabus : 100 Marks
General English paper will be of +3 Degree level. Objective of this paper to test the understanding and writing power in English
- An Essay of 50 Mark will be asked

- A letter Witting in English

B) Viva Voce Test :
The commission will shortlist the candidates based on the cut off mark. The cutoff mark will be set by the commission. The written qualified candidates will be called for the Viva Voce test. The final selected candidates will join the Odisha Education Service.
